How I Pre-Plan

I tend to pre-plan in my Erin Condren itself, mainly using post-it notes that can easily be removed. For a while I was using the sticky notes that you can buy from the Erin Condren website, but when I ran out I didn't see the point in paying £20 postage on an item that doesn't even cost that much, so I changed my strategy.
I mainly use these tabs from Post-It, alongside sticky notes that I bought from Wilko, which unfortunately isn't online at the moment, but if you want to you can look at the Botanica line here. The only things that I tend to pre-plan in my planner are bills, events, appointments and working hours. Anything else I just tend to slip in either when I'm planning, or I'll add it in as the week goes by.

One of the things I love about these sticky notes is that they're in a nice, compact book. There's loads of different sizes and they're not too tacky. I prefer my sticky notes to really stick to the pages so I use a little sticky roller, though I didn't think to take a photo of that! These Sticky notes are really versatile and easy to write on with whichever pen you personally prefer. If you can get to your local Wilko's, I'd assume that they're still in stock there, make sure to get some.

These Post-It's kinda speak for themselves. Strictly I think they're actually page flags, but I like to use them for my bills because the colours are so eye catching. My Sharpie pen writes on them like a dream too :)

I'm not going to write too much about this pen as I'm pretty sure it's going to appear in my May favourites. All I will say, is...
Best... Pen... Ever (In my opinion anyway)

How do you pre-plan? Do you use a separate planner or notebook? Link some photos or blog posts below of how you plan, give us a peek :)
